Abstract: Fault tree and expert system are introduced to the monitoring analysis of KPI for mobile operators. Operation monitoring expert system is designed and implemented successfully. This paper introduces the basic scheme and designing theory and gives a detailed description of the design of knowledge base. The system can find the operational risk of operators quickly and accurately, and then give the constructive suggestions.
